Shipping Info

We ship within maximum three working working days (Monday - Friday) of the payment's clearing, but we aim for same-day despatch.
UK DELIVERY:

Deliveries to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are made using Royal Mail first class post. Usually this will be next-day delivery, although Royal Mail notes that this is not guaranteed.

Please email us if you want an item to be sent signed-for, guaranteed next day delivery, or with any other special form of postage.

European delivery is via Royal Mail International Standard service, which aims to delivery within 3-5 working days and is NOT tracked. If you require faster, tracked or signed-for delivery please email us to arrange this.

REST OF WORLD DELIVERY:

Rest of World delivery is via Royal Mail Standard service, which aims to delivery within 5-7 working days and is NOT tracked. If you require faster, tracked or signed-for delivery please email us to arrange this.

OCCASIONAL DELAYS AT US CUSTOMS:

Parcels to the USA are subject to random screening by the US authorities under anti-terrorist guidelines, and this may, on rare occasions, delay arrival. This is obviously outside our control.

Return Policy

We will do our best to resolve any issue in a timely, professional and friendly manner.

We offer refunds and/or replacements only if an item is defective e.g. a CD is damaged or unplayable. In this case, email us stating your PayPal transaction number, the nature of the defect and whether you would prefer a refund or replacement.

We may ask you to return the defective item. In this case we will refund the return postage, up to value of the postage paid when sending the item.

ITEMS LOST IN THE POST:

We will refund or replace items lost in the post except for cases where the buyer has entered the wrong shipping address. Refunds will be issued 30 days after the posting date to allow for the eventuality of the item's being merely temporarily misplaced by postal services.
